-A one of a kind, 2005 1st Edition hard cover copy of the original Serenity Role Playing Game, autographed by Nathan Fillion (Malcolm Reynolds), Adam Baldwin (Jayne Cobb), Gina Torres (Zoe Washburne), Jewel Staite (Kaylee Frye), Ron Glass (Shepard Derrial Book), Sean Maher (Simon Tam), Summer Glau (River Tam), Jamie Chambers (Serenity RPG author) and Margaret Weis (Serenity RPG fiction author & publisher).

-The 2014 FanExpo Dallas Deluxe Pass entry wristband worn to obtain the cast signatures.

-The FanExpo Dallas booklet (can be seen in pictures beside the Serenity RPG) showing all the details about the cast signings and panels. The cover is missing as it was turned in at the expo for the convention goodies printed on it.

-A printed history of the Serenity RPG book up for auction.

-A printed copy of the receipt for the FanExpo Dallas (Dallas Comic Con) - Deluxe Pass May 16 - 18, 2014 used to get in and acquire the cast autographs.

The History of This Book:

This never used Serenity Role Playing Game book was acquired from an individual who purchased it at Dragon Con 2005 and had it autographed by Jamie Chambers and Margaret Weis. That's pretty cool on its own, right? Well, we happen to be lucky enough to live near Dallas Comic Con (now known as FanExpo Dallas) and this year (2014) we found out that the entire lead cast of Firely / Serenity was slated to be key celebrities complete with a reunion panel. That's right, the cast of Firefly practically in our backyard. Unfortunately, Alan Tudyk (Hoban "Wash" Washburne) & Morena Baccarin (Inara Serra) had to cancel their appearances at the convention due to work responsibilities. But still, that was 7 of the 9 main cast members coming to Dallas. You can bet we weren't going to miss the chance to meet and talk to Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, Gina Torres, Jewel Staite, Ron Glass, Sean Maher and Summer Glau! (And add their signatures to our already Awesome copy of the Serenity RPG)

So on Saturday May 17, 2014 my husband Aaron spent the entire day standing in impressively long lines for Mr. Fillion (who my husband assured me was just as charming as Richard Castle), Adam Baldwin (who shook Aaron's hand not once but twice - what a nice guy!), Ron Glass (who upon seeing Nathan Fillion's signature already on the page asked, "Who is this? I don't recognize this signature."), Gina Torres (she also joked about Mr. Fillion's autograph), Jewel Staite (Aaron was surprised to discover that her voice was deeper than the chirpy 'Kaylee' voice associated with her) and Sean Maher (Mr. Maher was pulled away to a panel or to perform some other convention requirement just as it was Aaron's turn to meet him. Luckily Sean came back once his other obligation was completed). Certainly a full day! There wasn't enough time to see Summer Glau before signings closed down for the night. Thank goodness she would be available the next day.

Sunday May 18, 2014 saw Aaron, our 7 year old son and my then 14 year old sister-in-law ready bright and early to make the trip back Dallas Comic Con aka FanExpo Dallas. The day's goal was to not only obtain Summer's autograph but get in on the Firefly Cast Reunion Q&A at noon. My sister-in-law was the lucky one who got to meet Summer Glau
