Well, the idea of a coda in a film isn't exactly new. I mean, the most recent Marvel movies have all had them, going back to the first Hulk movie. Forget if it was Bana or Norton...
But since i figured you didn't want actual discussions of the scenes, I didn't give much away, even though I spoiler hid the comment.

Horrible Bosses 2 has numerous outtakes during credit roll.
I did not recognize Keeley Hazell as Ms. Lang.

Kingsman - after brief start of credits, one scene, before cast list. Late enough that some viewers had exited the theater.
Mark Strong has done some good villian, but Imitation Game and Kingsman may have put an end to that.

Hunger Games - Mockingjay part 1. Not really a scene, just a fully developed motion icon of the mockingjay symbol, at the very end of credits. With the smashing of different parts, not sure if it has meaning or symbolism. But it was more than I expected, and I didn't recall seeing the full motion display otherwise.

There is no need to leave the theater when Spy starts the credits roll. Saturday night I was the only person who didn't leave at the beginning of end credits.
Sure, there is a scene at the very end of the credits, with at least 2 of the films stars.
But the entire end credit role features gags/spoofs, amounting to her future personnel file, dossier, with her assignments, aliases, locations, occupations. Perhaps my favorite bit was

If I rent this film, I am sure to spend more time freezing the screen during these bits that any other part of the film. They come and go kinds quick, so go ahead and pay attention.

Terminator: Genisys
One coda, a little after the end of the cast credit role, about one fifth the way through the entire end credits, I think.
One scene, I would think it is epilogue.
More than half of the audience had left by this time, and those present had remained seated, but then left right after the coda - like they expected to see one.

Ted 2.
One coda, at the very end of credits, just before the final logos.
Funny, set up in the body of the film.
I was the only one left in the cinema by this time.

Entourage.
Either there is a long coda after the main character credits, or they cut part of the credits into the end of the film.

Perfect Pitch 2.
1 coda scene, medium to long duration.
After the "image" actor credits, and then beside the typed actor credit roll.
