My guess is that that number is ZERO. This is being reported as not isolated to just 1 airport, so if we're to believe anything, we have to take such reports at face value.

It was in part a rhetorical question, but mainly I wanted to point out that something which pre-dates the SR-71 is still being used ( allegedly ) and for what ever reason, causing major problems for OUR OWN DAMN AIRPORTS! Assuming you buy into the stories that a U2 was involved, which the USAF denies.
And no, I do NOT have " zero information ". SOMETHING really did affect LAX and other airports in the area. That's not nothing. And WHAT explanation are you even talking about ? There really wasn't one, other than a U2 plane did 'something', we're not such what , exactly, and now it's all fixed.
