Hello everyone, its been so long since i have been up here. I used to get on the blogs a lot and I wrote a little fan fiction in middle school. I really had no idea how many people actually ended up reading it haha. I was sitting at work yesterday and decided to see if the site was still around. Pleasantly suprised, I found all of my old posts and fanfiction and it almost brought me to tears right then. I never truly realized how much this show shaped my coming of age as well as the ideals and morals i live by in my every day life. I wanted to thank everyone who read my stuff. I know its crazy because it has been nearly a decade but... THANK YOU. you guys were the best and i loved the three years i spent on the site posting and talking with everyone. Even as a child I knew this community was something that I should be proud to be a part of and I am only now realizing how true that is as I move forward in my life as a college graduate in under two months time.

Sincerly... thank you and i hope firefly day is still a thing in june

They're probably talking about Can't Stop the Serenity, since many of those events are on or around Joss' birthday of June 23.
