Amen, sistah! As it is I'm on the Firefly Fitness Challenge. I'm not on an eating plan yet but I started taking karate 3 weeks ago and the inches are already started to go, one by one. So come time for movie release I'll be able to kick some major butt.

I'm not worried about Joss and/or Nathan giving us serious spoilers...they want the fans to have that wonderful surprise/shock experience of seeing the story unfold on screen (as opposed to online)...
I do hope that our fellow Browncoats will always be very careful and considerate to NOT spoil everyone else if they learn anything that leaks through extras/craft services or whatever...
