The state still has his self defense weapon. He's made NO threats against anyone. They, on the other hand, have made specific threats to his life.

And JT... why's that guy holding a stegosaurus toy while talking 'bout the bus beating in FL ? He makes some good points, but I skipped over much of it, not wanting to bother seeing the beating, so if he explained the stegosaurus, I may have missed it.
