The Alliance guy who interviewed all the crew separately. His ability to remain 'stoic' in the face of Wash's ongoing raving about Zoe was wonderful.
(And the scenes in the gag reel of the same were priceless ... the stuff 'Wash' said to try to get the guy to laugh was fab!)

There are 4 parts to the gag/blooper reels. The next-best bit, after Wash's talk with the Alliance captain, is the oh-so-serious sweep of the cargo hold while everyone is looking at the dead guy ... tip: keep your eye on Mal!
