Yep, good show.
I actually looked for it because of Rachel Nichols, and was pleasantly surprised that Adam was in it.
Added bonus is it's a Tim Minear show, with Jane Espenson and Ben Edlund doing some writing.

Russians torture the Capt and Tex. Realizing Tex isn't strong enough to endure it, the Capt goads the Russians into focusing on torturing him instead of Tex.

The XO tries to negotiate their release by offering up virus research, but the Russians want the scientists too.
XO refuses that, of course. But they do agree to release Tex for the research.

Realizing how the Capt helped him, Tex is determined to rescue him. So he and the XO lead a team on a RHIB to board the Russian ship....
