So, it came out in '09, but I am just now catching it, on SyFy.
Man, what a list of characters!
William Defoe, Sam Neil, Ethan Hawke, Matt Bomer, ...
I just figured it was another cheesy vampire flick, and while it kinda is, it's also pretty decent.

Great flick, total analogy to our real world struggles.

Just caught this movie a few months ago. A really well done vampire flick. I enjoyed it a lot!

I didn't catch the whole flick. And it was on cable, so I suppose there may have been even MORE splattering blood. ( sheesh ) And possibly some nudity ? Good vampire movies always have some, don't they ?
I guess I just ignored it, due to the hyper saturation of vamp stuff out in the 'verse.

Been quite a while since I saw it, but I really enjoyed it at the time.
Excuse me while I soak in all these sweet, sweet conservative tears.

I'm not a big fan of vampire flicks, but Daybreakers (recommended by a friend) was quite good. Original and well produced.

Saw it at a theatre in Halifax just before I started my chemo .
Chemo was more fun .

Never claimed the flick was 'fun', but I guess chemo wasn't that bad, huh?
