The OP was a - wait for it... PARODY of said ad. So those gesticulations you observed, were clearly OVER acted, to add to the comedic effect. And yes, he's clearly attempting to both mock the ad ( note similar shirt, tattoo, hair style, necklace ) , while displaying stereotypical 'gay' flamboyance. Was it acting ? Was he playing himself ? Dunno. Don't really care.

Are you saying that because he's doing his impersonation of Lena Dunham, he's obviously therefore gay? Do only women and gay men know about her, who she is, what she does? YOU knew all about her, right?
