Just wanted to let everyone know I am thankful for all the well wishes!

It has been a nerve-wracking, yet amazing, surgery and recovery for my angel, Jana. She has recovered in record time, as she is on her feet and back to school as of 2 weeks ago. She still has to wear a brace for a while yet as the bones and incision still have to heal, but she is walking fully now and her posture is great. We go to the doctor on Thursday for the first follow up visit. I think even the doctor will be amazed.

Thanks again, everyone for your emotional support, it means way more than you know. I love my Browncoats. Stay shiny, everyone!

Looks like everything is going to work out just right and she'll be A okay pretty soon! Thanks for the update. As a child I had a friend who had what I'm guessing was similar surgery. She had to stay home and rest for a month afterwords but it all came out right like it should and like it will for you guys.

Being no stranger to replacement/restorative procedures myself (being, yanno, a cyborg), this is indeed good news to hear, and kudos to the young miss for courage and steadfastness, cause I know all too well how trying such a thing can be, especially for the young.

Hey there TCM, I been 'out in the black' awhile, I have thought of you and others on this board while stuck ou ther, I am glad to hear your daughter si recovering so well. I hope you are doing okay also.
