Such a cruel twist of the universe; 'short' weeks due to a holiday always feel longer than a week without a holiday. At least it's Friday Eve.

I don't know Sister, mine doesn't feel so terribly long. Course I am ready for the weekend. 
So D*C has come and gone again. Already making plans for next year. Marriott Marquis and Hyatt Regency rooms go online first of October. D*C memberships are currently on their site for $65 through Sept 14th then the price will go up. Got to get mine purchased this week.

Got our tix for D*C purchased last night. Waiting for the Hyatt to open their block of rooms on Oct 2nd and we will be reserving one for 2013!

I hope so Sister.
Had a good weekend. Hot on Saturday, but plowed through 4 hours of yard work and outdoor projects.
Sunday was very mild. Only got up to 78, low humidity. Got a long ride in, than went downtown with the little lady for a long stroll and window shopping and brunch at our favorite French cafe. Came home than took another long walk in the park to make the most of the gorgeous weather.
Promises to be a beautiful week. Temp in the high 70s and breezy first half of the week. I could hope for an early spring, but knowing Virginia weather we will get a couple of weeks of Indian Summer prior to true fall weather.
