The first time I did it, it was pretty weird. Not a bad weird, but just weird-weird. It was rather surreal to be sitting in the same room with all these people who I had gotten to know as text on a page and they had faces and voices. Even if we had skyped or something, just being close enough to touch was strange. It was great though.
The first time I went to Dragon*Con, I was cautious. I was staying at a different hotel from others, and I had my own room not shared with anyone I hadn't already met. But people were all pretty much exactly as they came across online. So meeting in person just brought most of us closer still and cemented the warm and fuzzy feelings.
I'm sure it doesn't always go that way though. There probably are axe murderers out there.

When I first went to Dragon Con and met everyone it was awesome. I can attest that Browncoats are definitely the best people anywhere

My first meeting was when I went to visit with LittleAlbatro's family. I was quiet at first, but she made me feel so at home. MsA and NVG were the first people I met at Dragon*Con. It was odd, but they were so friendly and inviting that I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Though NVG scared me a lil, I felt so small next to him, hehe! Getting to know everyone was great. I know I had a blast. Every year going to Dragon*Con got better and better. Felt just as comfortable as people I see all the time. I mean, we shared beds for goodness sake! lol! I even had a couple people stay at my home without fear of them kidnapping me or chopping me up. Like Navy said, I'm sure that's not always the case, but I've never had a problem with any Browncoats. We is good peoples. 
Fav Shakespeareian comedy? Much Ado About Nothing for me, hands down. 
Also got to play Hero in a high school play. I remember the guy who played Claudio tried to French me during the kissing scene, so bit his lip, lol! Ahhh, to be a bratty lil teenager again.

I've met several people from online, its allright. I've never maintained a relationship for long with someone I've met, except hooking up with my local Browncoats group here. But the only way I can get dates is with guys online so its worth it when I get frustrated about not going on dates. I've also talked to people on the phone from online a bit that's fun. I have one friend with whom I'm close from online and we talk on the phone sometimes.

Haha, that's a good point. Romeo and Juliet was supposedly meant to be a bit of a tragic satire of young love anyways, as opposed to an great love story.
I mean for pete's sake, at the beginning of it Romeo is being all lovesick over A DIFFERENT CHICK.

Oh Roxy! We'd just eat you up with all your epic cuteness and fun spirit. Personally, I tend to scare/excite so many that I meet. That feeling is usually mutual and fun times are had by all. Eventually we will have the funds to share all this love so be prepared for long due hugs and/or drinks courtesy of loving Browncoats of FFF.NET.
