Yeah I can definately see the Purplebellies turning Serenity Valley into a golf course.

I mean just look at what some developers have done to Gettysburg, Manassas, Shiloh, etc. etc.

So I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't some real estate group in the 'Verse setting up a golf course, hotel, spa and waterpark. I bet it'd be a Blue Sun subsidiary too...
