For some bits there's simply no way to match it all up without some compromise (e.g. the slanted crew quarters corridor in the blueprints had to be shown that way in order to fit within the hull. The compromise explanation is that the grav plating removed any sensation of the slope, which is why it looks level when filmed :-)
