Ten to 15 employees of the Spooner Area School District will receive “preliminary” layoff notices on Monday for the 2011-12 school year, according to the Spooner Advocate newspaper. It said the notices reflect 7.5 positions to make up funding from Feb. 15’s failed $2.35 million referendum and additional positions from a projected $950,000 budget shortfall anticipated to be announced by Gov. Scott Walker during his budget address on March 1.

Can't identify the threads now. To tell the truth, the censorship of kaneman et al offends me more than the sockpuppetry and their, um, hard hitting political analysis.
Change the titles back if you really, really want to, but this kind of thing is best done on old threads, rather than ctive threads. That way, it can take YEARS before someone sees you insulted them, but then they look back and WHAM. Dish best served cold. Just my thoughts.
