Well had a drink doesn't determine "drunk". Do people go over the line? Almost certainly, but that short edited video does not prove that it is pandemic in that factory, or that most or any of the people in that video have put their work or their safety or the safety of others in any danger, or that there is no internal scrutiny of such behavior should it actually hit a point of drunkenness on the job.
