She probably can. Her "income" for last year was $5,000...now you don't LIVE on $5,000 unless you're in deep poverty, so I wonder where the rest came from? And why it didn't appear on her Income Tax?

Now she's got tons to live on, good for her. Talk about manipulating the system and the people; it will be fun to watch how she spends it, given the accusations against her misuse of campaign funds in the past.

I would never claim to be a Democrat, that's embarrassing. But if we were all a little more pro-jerkoff, maybe folks wouldn't be so tense. I don't mind if my g/f rubs one out before I get to her, maybe she needed a little release. And it ain't like it's changed our plans 'afore. In all honesty, I could care less on those kind of personal beliefs until it gets out of hand and govt persecutes the gays or somethin'. I don't foresee any anti-masturbation legislation but I still think it's funny.

I think it's funny too, which is mostly why it gets brought up. But leaving that aside, someone SO indoctrinated into thinking religiosity ought to be part of everyday life makes me...oh, wait, isn't that what Muslims do? Think we'll turn into a theocracy, or semi-theocracy? There are hints of it.

I'm convinced we're too resistant and individual for it to happen, but for it to intrude into our lives in some ways, I see as a possibility, with all these ultra-religious types winning. I can only hope they get defeated in the general, because they may TALK fiscal responsibility, etc., but teir religion has a strong hold on them and they believe in legislating it.

It occurred to me, regarding the title of this thread:

O'Donnell pulling in dough is an indication that the Tea Party has money to burn, because I'll bet dollars to donuts the money comes from them. Also the fact that it matters little how much she raises by donations; her opponent has millions and doesn't NEED a lot of outside help to hold his own.

I know, our RWAs will holler that no, it's "regular folk" all over the country who are contributing because they believe in her, but it simply isn't true; not that many Americans are that stupid, or hope to see "fiscal responsibility" from someone who's so obviously bad at it in her own finances.

Would be interesting to see WHO is actually donating to her and why...

...as well as how she spends it, given she's broke and has no job except running for office.

Isn't there some kind of investigation being proposed to find out how she spent contributions to her LAST campaign? I seem to have heard that somewhere...
