Saw it in the theatre when it came out, but not since. I had forgotten what a build up there was 'till the 1st sign of trouble.
The FX were pretty amazing.
The folks at the party, were all pretty damn stupid.
It's really hard to run full speed while screaming for one's life, but apparently, a lot of New Yorkers are capable of doing just that. I think it would have been all the more scary ( and real ) to have a few scenes were folks just run...no talking, no screaming, no "OMG OMG What was that ? " nonsense...... Folks, a building was torn down and people are being snacked on by the dozens. GTF OUT of there!

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I quite enjoyed it. It actually sticks out as one that I like but don't feel compelled to see again for awhile -- kind of like The Island.
