Hey I'm still hiding...or is that lapsed into a coma??

I swear I'll try to wake up more if one of you promises to poke me with a stick when you find my limp form underneath the sofa

LOL... really?? no stick...that is so sad

Unless the foam finger emits a piercing wail I may not wake up..but I'll give it a shot.

Soon I may be getting as much as 6 hours of sleep a night so I may be a bit mroe lively

Also... pretty sure there is a bug using binary code in our house..weirdest clicking noise ever.

A few modifications... and viola! I have installed a slide whistle attached to a re-purposed leaf blower. That should emit a hull piercing wail.

If C3P0 were here he could translate that for you. But you know there is never a protocol droid around when you need one.

Weell, um, you see... I meant too. I tried, really I did but this big gust of wind came up and the fort kind of broke it's moorings and started to float off. I went tearing after it on my bicycle but it took a turn over the cliff so I had to waste valuable time getting hang gliding lessons before I could resume the pursuit. By the time I was myself airborne it had moseyed on over to the county fair where enterprising carnies had set up a hit the fort with the baseball win a plush wildebeest booth and I had to resort to base trickery to regain possession of the flying fortification.

Still at the mercy of the winds and now being chased by a mob of enraged carnies screaming something about never conning the cons I determined to add some kind of motive power to aid in my fort recovery. Sadly roping pigeons is harder than it looks and the propellers on those beanie caps are much less effective than they look. I was finally able to rig up a series of fans to effect a slight motive force and was steering back toward home when out of nowhere a rift in the fabric of space time opened in front of me.

To make a long story short; after foiling the plans of an evil megalomaniac, seducing a barbarian princess, and single handedly defeating a Roman Legion with naught but Magic Bullet Frozen Drink Mixer, a crate of plush toys, and the fans I was just as mysteriously returned to our lot with just enough time to rig new mooring cables before you returned.

And that is why the fort is such a mess. Those empty beer bottles, half eaten pizzas, and mysterious stains must have been left by the carnies.
