SO the worlds reaction is the reaction of Americans, mostly in America, but also Americans in random places outside of America, including "lyon France", which looks amazingly like an American bar?

If you play a Microsoft CD backwards you can hear demonic voices. The scary part is that if you play it forwards it installs Windows.

England is through too cup cake, with the same number of points, and the only reason the US got a goal in the England vs USA match was a pure fluke. So if England "SUX", you're saying the US "SUX" equally as much .

Don't worry, when the USA gets knocked out, I'll be sure to post about it

Normally I'm down for an old-fashioned, Hacksaw Jim Duggan chant, but this is soccer: a 3rd world sport played by effiminate sissies in shorts, and enjoyed by the same. Ill abstain.

I actually enjoy the strategy and athletic skill involved, but I haven't seen any of the games yet. I've been too busy.

MB is a rugby/American football kinda guy?

EHHH, yeah I can't really argue with Mincing here... BUT...

Lets be honest. We need a win. After barry, and peotisy, and all the rest...

Being on the world stage and beating the snot out of every fraking country in a game recognized the world over?

I'll take that win.

And besides the fact... last second, down to the wire and we win?

HOW AMERICAN IS THAT?!!!

:)

I saw the tie w/ England. When we scored, the house bought everyone watching ( some 15 or so ) a shot.

That was nice.

For Algeria, I was working. Never crossed my mind to stop off anywhere and watch. Not even for a nano-second.

Glad some folks had something to cheer about.

For a few minutes.

This wasn't beating the Russians in hockey. Not by a long shot. But hey, it's good to win.

Even in soccer.
