Never seen nobody posting this before in here.
There some true pearls in this, especially if you are a math or computer enthusiast.
Enjoy.

All five XKCD comics on "The Race."
The comment after each part can be seen by hovering over the original panels at xkcd.com.
The "Wayne Coyne hamster ball incident" refers to the Flaming Lips concerts: http://xkcd.com/211/

A little?
That's hilarious. Best comic I've seen in a long time. Be interesting to hear what Nathan would comment about it, or Summer, or Jewel.

I love xkcd! They often throw out Firefly references in their comics:

http://xkcd.com/311/ “Action Movies”

"By my count, only 48 of the 158 minutes in Live Free or Die Hard have action. That's pathetic, guys. Crank is better, but needs a bigger budget and more Summer Glau."
*~*
http://xkcd.com/446/ “In Popular Culture”

"Someday the 'in popular culture' section will have its own article with an 'in popular culture' section. It will reference this title-text referencing it, and the blogosphere will implode."
*~*
http://xkcd.com/561/ "Well"

"I'll concede ergonomics anecdotally, but none of the studies of Dvorak were at all rigorous (the most-cited Navy study was overseen by Dvorak himself). And the 'slow typists down' thing is a myth. Also EMACS RULES VI DROOLS WOOOOOOO!"
*~*
http://xkcd.com/439/ "Thinking Ahead"

"Did he just go crazy and jump out the window?"
*~*
Also, there's "Converting to Metric" where Summer Glau illustrates length and volume. And the Crew, too!
http://xkcd.com/526/

"According to River, 'adequate' vacuuming systems drain the human body at about half a liter per second."

oh that was entertaining....though I thought it was odd that the Nathan Fillion character wanted to be perceived as Malcolm Reynolds but behaved like Captain Hammer...aha! maybe it was a deliberate play on the whole" Captainy" connotation.

Thanks to AgentRusco, who found two more Firefly/XKCD comics.

There is the XKCD comic called “Venting”. It's not so much about Firefly as about Summer Glau, but (when the mouse pointer hovers over the original) the letter ends, “P.P.S. I can kill you with my brain.”

“I once shot a man in Reno 'cause he canceled Firefly.”
