Which 'popular' movies or TV shows will you never watch?

There have been many lists on here for movies and TV shows that we like to watch. But what I want to know is which ones will you absolutely refuse to watch. The type of show where you've never seen a full episode (a few minutes here or there doesn't count) and never will. Or a movie that will make you immediately change channel or if your stuck on a plane you'll listen to music, read, fall asleep or something.
There are only two real rules to this:
1. The show or film must have some kind of popularity or fanbase.
2. Reality shows don't count because, frankly, they all pretty much suck.
So my picks are:
Mamma Mia. I can't stand Abba.
Glee. I don't like (most) musicals.
Sex And The City (TV or movies).
Desperate Housewives. Eveb Nathan couldn't make me watch this.
The 'Twilight' movies. After seeing the first one that's enough reason not to watch the others.
Anything starring Madonna. I have seen her in Bond though and I can put up with it, although I like the non-irony that she appeared in my least favourite Bond movie, but that wasn't just because of her. And hers is easily the worst theme song.
And now it's you turn.

if you refuse to watch anything with Madonna in it then you are missing out on 80's-camp-classic "Desperately Seeking Susan" which is a perennial guilty pleasure of mine. ;-) It's also the only role Madonna managed to seem natural in (mostly b/c she was just playing a trashy-yet-lighthearted version of herself.)
My list otherwise includes the Sex and the City films, anything by McG or Michael Bay, Two and a Half Men, anything with the fat kid in Superbad...actually, make that any Seth Rogan film, or American Dad/Cleveland Show/etc b/c hey, I love Family Guy, but enough already. Also every show on the WB present and future except one which shall go unnamed...

What do you mean? Are you saying you hate funny or something? I can pretty much watch Forgetting Sarah Marshal and Knocked Up over and over and never lose interest. They're hilarious.

Is "30 Rock" popular? It's ratings suck, I can't watch NBC's Thursday night line up, it sould be called "SNL's has-been Thursday"! As for movies, Jim Carrey seems more interested in winning an "OSCAR" then making anything funny.

TV:
Glee
Desperate Housewives
Bones
Movies:
Any Saw movie
Nicholas Sparks movies (The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, blah blah blah)
Movies with talking animals.

It WAS funny, the first time around, back in middle school. That's the problem though, the jokes and situations were tired and you could see them coming from a mile away (I'm referring to Knocked up and Superbad here, which are the only two I saw). I can't stand obviously manufactured humor (bearing in mind of course that all humor as it appears on a screen is manufactured to some degree.) I guess if I want to explain more clearly, if I'm watching, and at all the "funny" points you can practically see a glowing "laugh now" sign, that ruins it for me, and that was the impression I had when I was watching the films. If I'm spending money to watch something, make it funnier than what I can see for free just hanging out with my nephews and nieces. Plus Seth Rogan is kind of a smarmy douche. You're not unusual to like it though, the topic IS about popular stuff after all :)

Avatar. I'm sorry, but it just seemed like a lame, overdone story which everyone went crazy over for reasons unknown to me.
Also the Twilight stuff; I actually read the first book and the writing, characters, plot, etc. were just awful. I can never understand why those are so popular.

Movies: I mostly avoid chick flicks, spoof movies*gags*, talking animal movies, and "scary" movies that are not really scary they are just plain stupid.
TV shows...also Sex and the City, Glee, Desperate House Wives, any Disney Channel shows, anything by Tyler Perry, drama hospital shows and cop shows, they have all been done to death! (House is good though)
I've seen the Twilight movies because they are SO fun to make fun of, they are so god awful! XD
I've also seen Avatar...it was OK but that's all it was. It wasn't as epic as everyone says.
So....I've pretty much repeated everyone else. :P I guess we can all agree we need more shows like Firefly or Firefly itself back on TV. XD

I've yet to watch even 5 minutes of the following -
Glee
Modern Family
Friday Night Lights
ANYTHING "housewives"
Any reality show where people aren't genuinely getting helped. ( extreme home makeover, for example )
Any series on HBO / ShowTime, etc....
Hell, most anything that's not on USA or TNT
Movies:
Twilight series
The Hangover
And while I'm officially neutral on ABBA, I did buy the soundtrack to Mama Mia ( before the movie came out ). Not real sure why, either....

** ANYONE ** who thinks the Fed Gov't has done " all it possibly can " in response the Gulf Coast oil disaster, or who thinks Obama isn't lying to us all - I have no use for you. You deserve all the animosity and any vulgar "tone" directed your way. ( Anthony , that includes you, buddy. Sorry )
