Good afternoon!

I am currently putting together a fan film project that is set for a web series with episodes about 5 minutes in length. What I really need is a browncoat with some flash animation experience. I can draw most of the stuff on photoshop (but I am sure there are browncoats out there with better skills). All of the things that would normally be CGI in the 'verse are going to be done with flash animation. If you are interested in helping out or think you might be able to help out in another area, please let me know.

Thanks again and keep flying!

I'm a writer, producer, and editor. I usually do live action footage in Premiere, but Premiere will certainly work with 2d assets and make up whatever you'd like. I'd love to work with some fellow Browncoats on a series, if you think I would fit with your project.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Do you think you would be able to put together animations like a ship leaving atmo, and possibly some 'in-space' stuff?

Sorry Trailaccess. I tried using flash and I just can't get on with it. So I use Illustrator and After Effects for my animations. See what you think:

I'd love to help - but I'll be honest I'm fairly busy with work as it is. But by all means run a few things by me and I'll see what I can do when it comes to it. I may even be able to just rattle off some 2d graphics that you perhaps can animate? I'm essentially a cartoonist/illustrator.

I like the idea.

Yeah, I can definitely do in-space stuff. What THESOMNAMBULIST has is pretty similar to what I'd be able to do (After Effects is quite a bit more powerful than Premiere, but I can still do it). With good artwork already made, I could also do character animations similar to the Motion Comic stuff that's showing up a lot lately.

You can look up my live action stuff on youtube under micjwelch.

If you want, you can e-mail me some of your artwork at micjwelch (a) gmail.com, and I can put together a demo.

Ric, I look at your work and wonder how in the sphincter of Hell I could ever do that.
That's what's so great- we are all unique. No one of us can do quite what the other can!
