Hi their guys, Myself and my dearly beloved are heading across the pond from the UK to NYC between 9th and 12th November. Would love to meet up for a coffee and a waffle with any Browncoat in the NYC area just to say hi and take a pic for posterity. Let me know if anybody wants to touch base and talk ship!!!!!

Hi Peacemaker! I am sorry I didn't see your post sooner! I am a (newly) London-based, Aussie with a boyfriend in Boston who is, therefor, an honourary member of the New England Browncoats, and I know there are a few NYC based folk in that group! I hope you had a ball and met up with someone! I was certainly taken good care of when I visited the USA in 2007... but Little Albatross who is now a friend for life, has moved to upstate New York since then!

The Browncoats of NYC are a kindly lot, but your best bet for getting in touch with one is through our yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/firefly_nyc/
We have a pretty large contingent with innumerable lurkers. Many of our regs actually don't post that much (myself chief among them).
Shame you won't be in town for the weekend. Our monthly meetup will be Nov 14. Afterwards some of us will be heading over to see one of our own perform.
