Does Angel really have better ratings than Charmed?

I was just wondering how that can be the case when Charmed went into syndication first and is always well marketed. Plus 3 very pretty girls in skimpy dress that should be a ratings bonaza

Charmed's ratings are much better than Angel's. But Angel gets more viewers in the coveted 18-34 age bracket.
