Not sure what Adam's email is, but I am certain if you post a thread at the official board, Adam will see it if he is around. He posts over there frequently. Too bad we can't convince him to stop by our little corner of the 'verse some time.

I misread the title of this thread. I thought you were asking what we were gonna do to have good ab's today. I was gonna comment on my new sit-up regimen, but well... Adam's Birthday is a better topic. Let's send him a big gun, or a life size cutout of Serenity.
