For historical politicians, I'd have to say Thomas Jefferson, or maybe Andrew Jackson.
Contemporary? Can't think of any that seem to offer any possibility of fun, except perhaps Jesse Ventura.

I doubt very much Thomas Jefferson was a stoner, he actually got shit done,
as for Andrew Jackson I don't know much about him, I know he liked to kill civilians and enjoyed his duels, seems like the type of guy where shit would go down fast, you would put a blade through his heart or if you couldn't exit a place then things would escalate fast and you'd just end up sticking a knife into his throat before the old fuck could draw that pistol
He made threats to blitzkreig his own American people if if South Carolina attempted to secede. He is viewed favorably among U.S. presidents but he seems to have lacked forsight on Panama as a strategic place and economic shipping ally, his economic ideas probably caused the Panic of 1837 and long recession. I don't really know much of Andrew Jackson other than he was a hot head and good at waging wars against Native Americans or Hispanic Spanish types.
