lol she shouldn't be there then :P i think the MSDS were along the same lines in my shop...could be wrong, as I said we never really did anything with them, at all >< part of my form 55 training was to know somethin about em but it never went beyond that, and that was about 2 years ago ><

good tasting food usually never is lol though i think i'd go with plain tater tots. tater tots with ketchup are good, like mini hash browns :P another fave of mine

Sure it is... for example dinner I made last night..vegetable lasagne with low fat ricotta ...twas nummy
Also tonight's 5 bean stew and crusty bread...
Or of course my spicy chili...I could go on and on.
