I can agree with all of these I think, especially The Italian Job and V For Vendetta.
But if you can count multiple explosions how about the shelling of the trees in Band Of Brothers?
When all soliders are down in their foxholes and the forest is just laid to waste by constant bombardment.

the matrix; helicopter careening into the glass building- makes me crack up every time i watch it cause it's just so cool!
