First thing I did was check to see if you had it.

As for the numbers overall... Much as I love Firefly, I don't see how Serenity can beat the Falcon. I think we just need to put in a respectable showing (at least 25%, hopefully as high as 33%).

I would have to agree. As much as I love Serenity, it's hard to compete with .5 beyond lightspeed, laser cannons and concussion missles. Even Joss himself said Serenity is based on the Falcon. That being said--voted for Serenity.

I voted for Serenity. It is funny in my mind how Serenity is often compared to the Millennium Falcon because I think I remember reading somewhere that Serenity was inspired by the Millennium Falcon.

most of these ppl are probably voting Falcon because a) they're so into star wars they see "millenium falcon" and automatically vote for it, or b)theyve only ever seen star wars and have no idea what the Serenity is :-P

I definitely know what Serenity is. It's home to the greatest crew in Sci Fi history. BUT. I have been a Star Wars fan since I was 7 in '77. If you really compare the ships, the Falcon can whip the Firefly in speed, agility, and artillery. I hate questions like this that test my loyalty to both genres. But the question is about which ship is a better smuggling ship. Yes, Serenity has multiple hiding places. But the main point of a smuggling ship is not to get caught. Who's going to catch the Falcon? And how many times did Serenity get stopped?

Sorry, but a vote to the Falcon.
