But he's not our last hope; there is another...

Meh, Chris, actually the most logical route to eliminating the threat these cretins pose is to give the alphabet agencies who've played along with them the impression that one or more of them is in custody and talking.

At which point the rest will no doubt have an unrelated and purely coincidental rash of unfortunate accidents.

Dead men tell no tales, ask ole Bill Colby about that, yes ?

And it *would* end the threat from the PNAC-NeoCon-CleanBreak-Likud crowd, at least for a while.

Obama wouldn't do it, but I wonder if Biden has the nerves and intel connections to pull it off, hmm...

He could, he would, and he'd be shining them big ol' pearly whites while he did it.

And if he did it right, nobody - including Obama - would ever even know it was him doing it.

I saw him answer this question on FOX and Friends to clarify his original statement on ABC.

He said they would not charge the President or members of the administration with a crime...unless they do.

My suggestion for Bush is simply blanket pardon everybody on the way out the door. "Thanks everybody, reunion in five at the Library...leave you parking pass at the gate and pick up your pardon at the door."

Reagan did that with the Iran-Contra folks. Clinton did it too...but more as a fundraising tool.

That means the only person they could charge with a crime is Bush...since conventional wisdom is you can't pardon yourself (although legally I don't see why not).

I love pardons, wrote my bigass lawschool paper on pardons. I concluded that the power is both absolute and broad. Clinton could sell pardons...use them for his wife's political gain...anything. I suggested that they be used to enact tax reform. You want to eliminate Capital Gains, but that pesky Congress getting in your way...blanket pardon everybody who refuses to pay the Capital Gains Tax. I sent the idea off to Bush in 2001 after I finished my paper...never heard back.

BTW, I'm now on my former undergraduate University's Legal Studies Advisory Board. Ooops, forgot to put Republican/Conservative on my resume. I wonder how I missed that.

I can help you with that.

Is it a computer chair? Cause if so you can sue the manufacturer for making a defective product. But for the insufficiency of the chair's design you would not have been injured. There you are minding your own business reading messages on your computer when you read a legitimately funny post at which point the chair failed to function as designed. I bet there's no warning label or anything. And make no mistake...there's a lot of funny stuff on the internet...its reasonable to foresee that a person using that computer chair would read something funny. They failed to consider that in the design or warn against their chair's danger should that occur. That is very actionable...very.

Were you at work...cause then we're talking workman's comp. Please tell me you are at a private internet cafe or surfing a big chain wireless connection like Starbucks or McDonalds...

How does your neck feel?
