I don't think Palin's daughter, or her pregancy should be an issue.
The woman has so many better things to tear her down over.

And a fair number of those wanting to make an issue of this girl's choices are the same folks who were fussing cause Edwards 'cost' Hillary the election. Republicans never really made a big deal outa Edwards...he was a non-issue to us by the time this broke. It was the same Democrats who have so little regard for the private affairs (pun...not intended) of anyone who is not bowing at their alters.

You say it was the Democrats who had so little regard for the private affairs of others. What was that whole Clinton/Lewinski thing about again? I've forgotten. Something about private affairs... a Republican Congress wanting to see the dress he jacked on... Yeah, something like that...
What I find funny and ironic about the whole thing is the hypocrisy, as usual. Here's the VP candidate of the "family values" party, who's supposedly pro-contraception, pro abstinence, pro no-sex-until-marriage... and here's her underage pregnant daughter.
But I guess it's different this time, huh? It always is...

I can go along with that - IF they're willing to stop gravy-training the son's military service. If you get to talk about the one, we get to talk about the other. :)
Of course, everyone agrees that family should be off-limits.. until it's Michelle Obama doing the "terrorist fist-bump"... or Roger Clinton's checquered past... or Billy Carter whizzing on the tires of Air Force One.
Like it or not, family members seem to be fair game.

...i'm thinking a Family Feud type of setting would be appropriate.... but if it comes down to beauty contest, don't think i want to see McCain or Biden in the swimsuit competition...
