Yes, it is "different lighting conditions" between the Moon and the moon set on Earth.
Earth has no gamma rays, no X-rays, no 6-million-mph solar wind, and is not 400-degrees F AND minus-250-deg F at high noon.
No handheld camera or videocam can function under the real conditions on the Moon.
There's more killer gamma rays on the Moon than on the surface of the Sun. When cosmic and solar radiation hits the Moon surface it causes a nuclear chain reaction, which increases the number of nuclear particles smashing each other.

Hello,
I was under the impression that a reflector was placed on the moon. I was also under the impression that a laser was bounced off of this reflector as part of a scientific experiment, with the result recorded.
Am I misinformed?

Hello,
Gamma rays and solar wind are a reality in the space outside the Earth's atmosphere. Do you contest that we have cameras and human beings operating in that space as well?

P.S. It's not remarkable that there are more cameras pointing at the Earth than at the moon. It's a rather essential concept to conspiracy theories and fear of 'the man' that people are watching us. All the time.

No Walmart Kodac film cameras can function in space, which is what NASA claims in Apollo. The silver/platic film clouds or melts in the heat, or cracks in the cold. Videocams only function at normal Earth tempertatures, not at 250-deg below zero in shade, or 400-deg F in sunlight.
The Van Allen Radiation Belt Force Field Prison Planet Electric Fence has 100,000 gamma ray counts per second (after penetrating 1 mm of lead shielding), 100-Million Electron Volts, starting at 600 miles altitude out to 40,000 miles (or more in the downwind side of Earth). Space shuttles have to fly at 250 miles altitude or less. When shuttle atros get too close to the Van Allen Belt, the nuke radiation makes sparks inside their eyeballs. Apollo astronots never described sparks in their eyeballs.

The only way a geiger counter could survive a few minutes in the Van Allen Belts is when encased completely in 1 mm of lead shielding. Even then it measured fatal doses of radiation. Astronots don't get lead shielding.

That's NOT counting deadly solar nuke radiation, nor deadly Van Allen Radiation Belts. Cosmic radiation doubles in space, away from shielding by a planet surface.
Spacecraft outside the Van Allen Belts require at least 6 feet of sheilding, or a self-contained force field (which itself might be fatal, like a massive overdose of Cat Scans).
The Moon and Mars have no liquid iron core like Earth, so they have no magnetic force field. Thus even NASA now agrees that no humans can visit the Moon or Mars.

Good argument using NASA's confession they know nothing about space radiation, except admit spaceflight causes a 40% chance of cancer. Ha. The average person already has a 50% chance of getting cancer.

LIE. Space shuttle astronuts were the FIRST to report sparks in their eyes from nuke radiation, during the only flight that went over 400 miles altitude. Lots of old folks get cataracts.
