Wait, you mean 5 posts in 24 hours isn't normal? Damn. Seems I came here a little late, then. *sigh*

Better?

I don't have a lot here either. How about a lame ponder? How many of you guys have crazy dreams?

It seems to me that my dreams have just gotten crazier and crazier over the years. When I was younger my dreams at least were like real world situations. Now they tend to just be off the wall crazy stuff.

Last night I was traveling downtown in some non-specific city to go pick up my dry cleaning and then go take a final exam. (I'm not in any classes and I don't think I've ever dry cleaned anything) I got to the "dry cleaners" which was some weird automated room where a mechanical arm was putting robots onto a hanging rail system. Sorta like how shirts go on that hanger system in a real dry cleaners. Anyway there were all sorts of warning signs for people so we didn't get hurt by the hanging robot rail system. A co-worker I haven't seen in ages was there picking up some stuff and totally ignoring the warnings (what a rebel!) and I sorta just followed him and grabbed my shirt. Then it was off to take my final and I was hurrying really fast cause I had to get home to my newborn (I have a kid? huh? with who?!) I went real fast then got home to my "newborn". Turns out it was just a kitten. It was all cute and sleeping in a blanket I'd laid out for it while my current cat stood a ways back obviously not sure what to make of this new intruder. I went over to the kitten and it woke up and started going crazy kitten style. Jumping all over like onto my head and just basically being a crazy exploring kitten. The end.

Now that's a pretty tame crazy dream. I've had much much worse. Just me or everybody has the crazies once in a while?

Crazy awesome Zeek.

Mine: I was helping a town in a ZPAW (Zombie Post Apocalyptic World) and I had a realization. I keep my hands to myself until it becomes absolutely neccessary for me to jump in. I don't help or fight until there is no other option. I say this because in the dream other people were doing the dirty work and though I was in the position to direct I didn't really do much at all in terms of disposal.

That and I reeeeeally want a silenced AK.

Not sure what that says about me.

Here's another for ya 'Bug. Money. Aphrodisiac?

I gotta give it a sorta. Buying stuff, going places, doing things. It costs money. So how does it effect out happytime and why?

I'm that way in real life. I usually stand back and let things play out unless there is an obvious problem. That's when I'll spring into action.

Mmmmm money. I recently was berating a friends brother cause he lost his shot with a rich girl. I so want a sugar momma. Mainly cause I don't like having to go to work. It's not that I hate my job it's just that I like doing nothing more. :-)

Hi Aiko...nice to meet ya.

Nope, while 5/24 is the norm now (or sort-of normal) there was a time when the imponderable threads got over a 100 posts a day. It was hard to keep up. :D I miss those days.

Zeek...interesting dream. I think your subconscious is telling you to...create robot kitties. yeah, that's it.

I rarely remember my dreams anymore. I think my brain is too full of other useless crap so dreams slip out as soon as I wake...or at least within an hour or two.

Money as aphrodisiac. Money is good, but tricky. I like the ability to do things and unfortunately, I have an VERY expensive hobby...so I'm not immune to the charm of money. But, I'm completely turned off by obvious displays of wealth. Like the guy that drove through our work parking lot the other day in a Bentley. One of the other single woman was 'hubba-hubba, who's that?' based on the car. I just said 'I wonder what he's compensating for?' Even if someone has money, it should be an afterthought, IMO. It shouldn't be what they lead with or the best thing about them.

Rugbug- yeah I miss that too... now I can only post a lot when I'm not working.

hmm crazy dream. Weirdest dream I ever had was hampster related. See I had these hampsters and was assured they were both female. Get home one day to find one of them has had babies ( figured she was pregnant when we bought her...yes I am slow)Found someone to take the babies and boom...more babies. Found homes and then boom more babies even though they'd been separated. So I had this dream where baby hampsters were falling from the sky ( sort of like the game lemmings when they drop) and I kept putting them in baskets and dishes and everywhere and it wouldn't stop...

Money- oh I do like to buy stuff and go places, but honestly I have no real attraction to it. My sis is fairly wealthy and it just seems like too much trouble. Big house, the right clothes etc... I'd rather just wear sweats and curl up with a book.

My weirdest dream.... I don't think I have one, they're all pretty normal (at least the ones I remember...), mostly about me being chased by something.

As for the money issue, I wouldn't say no to more money, but as long as I have enough to live a comfortable life (and extras for cons and shopping trips, of course! :biggirn:)
