Just broilen some poke chops in the oven. I have about 100 or so spices and sauces. So on this lazy Sunday evening I went with Old Bay regular and blacken, Spike, Western Trails cajun cowboy and trail dust, Konriko greek, Tony Cachere's creole, McCormick hickory smoke salt, and garlic salt. Gotz 2 family packs from the Walmart. Now when I am really lazy I slam em with Texas Pete hot sauce and shred it off the bone. Pack for lunch next week. Sucken down some adult beveages. I likes the cold brew.
