The sparklers were nothing in comparison to the short trousers, though.
And Prisilla Lawson... very goth, in an old-fashioned way. Also, no short trousers.

What if Mal had his suspenders holding up short pants?: )
After all this discussion of Flash Goedon I have the urge to grab my DVD's and start watching it again. But that is okay. because it leads me into seeing Firefly. It is wonderful to see the early roots of Science Fiction. I better add Metropolis to my viewing list. Now that puts Flash Gordon's effects to shame, although I still love Flash.
