Patch on Upper Left Arm Of Purplebellies

I've recently decided to start recreating logos and flags from Firefly, so far I have both iterations of the Alliance flag and the Browncoat flag, and most of the blue sun logo.

Well what I am currently doing is the shoulder patch on the left arm of the alliance soldiers, I have the basics of it done but still need the writing in the circle as it's in Chinese and I can't get a clear enough pic of it to figure it out.

It's this thing. As you can see it has no writing on it.

Any help finding out the symbols would be much appreciated as I need this for multiple uses.
