I will have nothing to do with Jar-Jar. Except possibly watching his execution.

Awww. Damn, your right, I bet Jar Jar will be in the TV show. It's been confirmed he doesn't die in EP. 3.
Hmmm. Jar Jar sucks.

i want a star wars movie but move it back to the sith wars during the old republic (begins to drool) and make it rated R. None of this computer animated droid crap i wanna see people get decapitated with extreme gore. in other words take the last samuri action and merge it with the star wars world. ( begins to have a heart attack at the thought)

Here's my new idea. For a TV series, I'd like to see a "Tales of the Crypt" style approach, which would allow a multitude of writers and directors to expand the Star Wars universe.
I like the idea of loosely connected episodes, a showcase of professional-quality fan films. With lots of lightsabers and Force.
And I'd like Joss to write and direct a few.

Here's what I wish for: FIREFLY BACK ON TV! I like Firefly so much better than star wars. I'm tired of starwars and honestly, even though the original three movies were great, I think the Firefly 'verse is more compelling and has more potential for a great story.
Part of it is because even in the fictional setting of the Firefly 'verse, things are realistic. Not everyone is just good vs. bad. It actually feels like you could live as a character in the Firefly 'verse and you'd still feel like a human being with real thoughts, dreams, virtues, faults, the whole deal. In Star Wars, it's just good vs. bad. You have a destiny and you know what you're supposed to do in your life. It's just too ridiculous to be even a remote glimpse of real life, unlike Firefly which could be real, given the technology and circumstances.
OK. I'm not trying to invite a flame war with this, it's just that I love Firefly so gorram much. It was like starting to hear a great story-teller begin a story of the kind you could wait your whole life to hear, and then having the story teller die. Or like watching a beautiful sunrise and just as it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day, the sun falls back behind the horizon and every time you look to see if the sun is coming back you are faced with the putrid images of the grotesquery that is reality tv. God I miss Firefly!

Well, here I am in the "Other Science Fiction Series" forum. I made a wish for Star Wars TV and a week later I learn it might come true. I say, that's pretty damn cool.

What, is your head made of sand? Wish for something important! Firefly.
I used to love Star Wars but then I started getting nightmares about Jar Jar Binks and strange images of Mark Hammill in a metal bikini. A few sessions of family therapy, and it was all taken care of. I'm not really supposed to talk about it.
