Yes, I'm sure many of us here know exactly what you're going through... I suppose that like with any major disappointment/loss, the symptoms will fade to hopefully just a dull ache/emptiness in time. How amazing is it that the loss of a show can produce bereavement symptoms in a viewer?

As far as firefly-inspired shirts go, check out bluemoonstuff.com. Their Independence flag shirt and the TG Freight shirt (Badger's front company) are cool. I also obtained an awesome "fighting elves" shirt (the orange shirt Jayne wears in Ariel and Safe, I think) from bluesunshirts.com, but they were forced to close down. Maybe if you search for various terms in google like "Jayne shirts" or "fighting elves shirt" or "troublemaker shirt" or "Jayne's pin-up girl shirt" you will be able to find some of the sites that make Jayne shirt replicas. Oh yeah, you can find blue sun t-shirts on various sites like hottopic.com or stylinonline.com, as they are official merchandise.

I see we are all in this together... Guess it's just something I, like many of you have done, will learn to live with until the cure is made...

By the way, is the "fighting elves" shirt the shirt with the number 28 on it and the chinese writing behind it? That's the one I want.

What is another bad thing about FLD is that we are ALL guilty of spreading it.

The one thing i notice is that i always know what the last episode i watched was, and when i next stick that much used, much loved disk back into the player i will continue from that exact same point, I couldn't honestly tell you how many times i've seen that series, but when i flick through TV channels despairingly i go straight for my Firefly fix.

Thanks for all the awesome replies. It's nice to know that someone afflicted with FLN will never be alone...

I'll continue to spread this disease in the hopes of finding a cure until the day I die... Even if it takes so long that Zoe has to cart Mal around in a wheel chair and Kaylee has to put in her dentures to enjoy a fresh strawberry, I will fight for more Firefly.
