ADD: I tended to do both Zeek depending on the person. Kinda sucked really. Reverted to trusting only those closest to me and pushing out a few less than reliable. Works better that way for me.

I tend to trust people too much, both personally and professionally. A few years ago I got burned pretty badly by trusting someone too much in business, so I find that professionally sometimes I tend towards not trusting people I really should trust. But generally speaking I'm a trusting person, and I've had to build up a good emotional recovery system for the times I do get burned. 
Today is an office day, so I won't be around. 
Things went better yesterday though than they have been so far -- one of the founders called me into his office and asked what was up, that he could tell I was stressed and annoyed. We talked it through, and he said that one of the things he loves about me is that I'm fiery and passionate (lol), but that when I start getting stressed and annoyed it freaks everyone else out (I think they think I'll quit, which will put them up Shit's Creek without a paddle). So next time, he says, I should come yell at him because he can take it, lol.
Tomorrow is an office day too, but I'll try to stop by and say hi on Friday if nothing else.

High five for CK. That's where I end up too. I figure that in the end if I get burned by someone who's a jerk it's better than if I'm constantly looking over my shoulder.
