big stern fan, huge firefly fan. howard has been talking about how much he loves summer in sarah connor chronicals. he is also big sci fi channel fan loves b s g if ever seen how much better her character is in firefly along with what a great show it truly is his clout could maybe jump start a rebirtgh of the series or movie

I was thinking about Stern the other day , in regard to a list of folk who could be enlisted to help relaunch our beloved crew back into the 'Verse...He's got the clout , he's got the mouth , he's even got a load of Shiny coin...

Plus , his wife is pretty enough to be a Browncoat...

We could blitz Stern with loads of mail , at least get him talking about us...

If he likes Sci-Fi , quite possibly he's seen a Firefly episode or two...

Wonder if he has his own boxset of the DVD's ?

Oh , right ! Of course he does ! He's the King of All Media !

With all due respect to other opinions here, I do not believe Howard Stern is representative of Browncoats, or would be a good choice to rally around for his support. He's made a great career from bodily function toilet jokes, breast implants, and stripper shows.

yes all true. never the less big sci fi guy comic book lover surely has the podium to spread the word. anyway one of serenitys crew is according to mal a whore. certainly not the most wholesome bunch in the verse. sure howard gets a little dirty to make a buck. like our friends. you do what you have to keep the ship runnin' to end, like mal says wars over jus folks much love

I pretty much HATE howard stern, if he was a supporter I'd still hate him but at least I'd know he has good taste.

I saw SMGs interview (he had a TV rebroadcast going for a while), and Arnold Schwartzeneger as well. Both interviews were comedic, but proffesional. One other I saw, he stopped the interview & arranged for a woman to get some psych assistance.
Near as I could tell (haven't heard any of him since he went to sattelite), he treated the interviewee pretty much the way they expected to be treated. Act like a bimbo, get treated like a bimbo.
I could imagine any of our BDHs on the show (as I knew it).
