Calling all Carolina Browncoats!

This Saturday, January 19th, will be the first shindig ever hosted by the Columbia Browncoats. They are a newly-formed Browncoats group so the Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC Browncoats are tagging along to mark the auspicious occasion.
Details are as follows:

Where: AMF Columbia Lanes, 1732 Bush River Rd,
Columbia, SC 29210
When: Bowling at 4p, dinner to follow

Anyone in the SC region (Myrtle Beach & Wilmington -- I'm lookin' at you) should definitely attend. We only get together like this once a year (plus the summer charity screening) so don't miss it. Don't worry about your bowling skills -- we all suck. And we all have a marvelous time. This is a family-friendly event so feel free to bring the kiddies. My two had a blast last year.

So far we have around 12 Charlotte Browncoats headed that way.
Not sure how many from Greenville. Hopefully about the same.
Now we just need to kick-start the Columbia gang so they can have a good showing as well.

We all bowled together last year (before the Columbia group was formed) and had so much fun. Didn't think we would -- 'cause we're not exactly a bowling crowd. But we all stunk so badly that we couldn't help but laugh at ourselves.

For anyone not familiar with our gang, Carolina Browncoats are a friendly, welcoming, and sometimes raucous crew. You are GUARANTEED to make some new friends.
