I resolve to sue as many people as possible on behalf of the mighty American government. And the ones I don't sue I resolve to put in jail. And the ones I can't put in jail I resolve to force to incur large legal fees. And the ones left I resolve to annoy with mounds of red tape and pointless regulation.

Oh, and I resolve to go on a diet and exercise more...
