Does anyone know how sales are doing on the Collector's Edidition? I got mine and do plan to share the joy. Have't logged in lately but I'm still voting.

Here's another question. If nothing is happening why did they lower the prices for the postcard campaign? It seems to me like that was a bold move on their part. Couldn't that be a hint?

QMX lowered the prices on the postcards. This is why they did it.

Browncoats Unite: Wavecards for a Sequel Browncoats are nothing if not tenacious. Joss Whedon himself has credited the gentle persuasion of Firefly fans for getting the greenlight for Serenity. (For the full story, be sure to get yourself a copy of the seminal work on the subject, Done The Impossible).

Browncoats are known for being friendly, kind, smart and damned pretty. Which is why we're so flattered that they've chosen QMx's Wavecards™ to be the humble vessel of a Serenity sequel campaign.

You can read all about it on The Signal forumhttp://fireflydvd.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3794&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 . But, in short, the idea is between now and the end of the year to mail a whole bunch of Wavecards™ to Universal, the studio that made Serenity, showing support for the franchise through licensed products and asking for a sequel.

Being the maker of said Wavecards™ we are, of course, not entirely unhappy with this plan. But as Browncoats, we love it and want to make this as painless as possible for the folks who participate. So, starting now, we are reducing the price of a pack of 25 Wavecards™ by $5 to $14.95 here and on Amazon.com. We'll be running the special at least through the end of November.

Note: So we strongly encourage folks who send Wavecards in support of a sequel to be positive, supportive and polite in your correspondence with Universal. We love Universal for making our Big Damn Movie; we're going to love them even more for giving us a Big Damn Sequel!

In my opinion, eventually, Universal or some other studio will realize that there is money to be made and we will get a continuation of Firefly/Serenity with Actors.

Joss hasn't given up hope. That is why we are getting a another Serenity 3-issue comic book and not a whole series like Buffy Season 8 and Angel season 6.

We hold until Mal gets back.

We buy/support the Serenity Collector's Edition.

We buy/support Official Serenity Merchandise.

We see Serenity in a theater when we can which adds to Serenity's Box Office Gross.

We share our Love of Firefly/Serenity.

Joss and the actors keep working and getting more popular.

The more people see of our Big Darn Heroes work, the more people want to see of our Big Darn Heroes work...which leads them back to Firefly/Serenity.

As someone who never saw firefly until the scifi channel run, I was only able to see 10 minutes of the show but I was hooked. I watched the episodes in marathon the next chance I got. I can say without a doubt that if scifi continues to run it, and it runs with decent numbers, spike tv will probably pick it up and a new collection of avid fans will grow. I really think that this show will rise again.

when there are no heroes where will we turn?
