Wish I was going to the shindig as it is a mere 12 hr drive from where I am. I'm hoping to make one of the Chattanooga Cons at the beginning of '08(Also a 12 hr drive). I've a question though: As a new guy, should I invest in body armor for when I meet you all at a shindig? I have this recurring dream where I walk in to a 76th shindig, I introduce myself, then all present pull out their sidearms and shoot little yellow smiley faces like this one
at me.

Well, seems I'm paying it forward.
The lovely BigRosie had me at her house for a weekend, and I'm going to be housing PVT Jack Gibbons for an evening. There's a BSG event in Philadelphia and I'm somewhere near one of the theaters and he needs somewhere to sleep for the night.
Remember him from D*C? He's the one who won the BSG costume contest as Romo Lampkin. And he also dresses up like Badger.
