Probably the biggest news is that there are serious rumours of a sequel in the pipeline, hinted at by Alan Tudyk in an interview with Moviehole.
Nothing's been confirmed yet, but, surprisingly, Joss has done nothing to dispel the rumours....

Really?
Kwl, i wont let my hopes get up, but I believe he said there was not going to be another, how ever on the other hand they cant not have one, it is a too popular film and series to stop no matter what Fox think.
The fact it was only broardcast on the Sci Fi channel (am I not correct) is the reason why it didnt fulfill its potential. I didnt even heard of it till my dad bought Serenity and the Joss commentary told me there was a series before it and he only heard of it because of reviews on the web about it were quite good, so if it wasnt for him I would not of heard or seen Serenity or Firefly.
But then again like with any great hit series or film that too many can lead to its down fall, we have lost a main character and a fear could be that it will not feel the same as it once did.
How ever we will never know till one is made, if one is made.

Quote:Sorta. It was only broadcast in order on the Sci Fi channel (or Space, here in Canada).

Fox were the ones who originally created/sabotaged/killed it.
