A little specificity, a map of what exactly? The Verse? I think they have them for sale somewhere.

EDIT: I do apologize wytchcroft I didn't notice you were askig for a map of Mr U's complex. Must remember to actually READ something before replying.

I don't think we were ever shown enough of the complex to make any definitive map. We see the landing bay (that Serenity crashes into) a hall with a room full of crates at one end and an elevator at the other, Mr. Universe's media center is at the other end of the elevator, and the generator with the backup broadwave uplink facility that is hard to get to. I suspect there are large areas of the complex that we weren't shown as well. Anyway if you make something up with lots of corridors with self sealing blast doors, storage spaces, labs, dormitories, etc. you should get the proper underground lair vibe.
