to compare Geezer's posts over time
to study Geezer's posts over time
to observe Geezer's posts over time
And you focused on ONE WORD - track. It doesn't matter to you than when people 'track' something with their eyes it means 'follow'. Or that when people 'track' their stocks it means 'observe'.
