Missed E-mails About Fanfic Comments/Replies

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'm having problems getting e-mails for some comments to my fanfics and replies to my messages or posts. I mean, I'll check my e-mail and there's nothing and then I'll come here and like three people have put a comment on one of my fanfics. Does that happen to others? Even when I look back at some old fanfics I find new comments I didn't know about. Anyway, I don't know if there is a solution but thought I'd mention it. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem on the boards. The reply notification doesn't work

With fanfic I've noticed that if someone doesn't leave a RATING on the fic but they do write a comment, you don't get notification.

Yeah, in fact right now I'm only sending private messages for commenting sorry* and I'm also getting e-mails that people have commented on my fanfics but the comments aren't there :S I hope this crappy thing is solved cause it's making me twitchy

Every once in a while I'll comment and get tossed back to the home page, which means the comment didn't take. I just go back on my browser and submit again. It works just fine.

You'll also get a message when someone just rates a fic and doesn't leave a message, which is a pain as well. I don't care if someone rates and doesn't leave a comment. There's nothing new there that I need to see. You can tell what is just a 'rating' e-mail because the number at the end is a '0'.

I rarely send private feedback to stories because I want everyone to read what I have to say! LOL!
